About Feather & Stitch:

Our aim at Feather & Stitch is to provide a fabulous boutique shopping experience outside central London. Each season, items are handpicked from mainly Danish, French and other European designer labels with a focus on stylish everyday pieces - well cut jeans, luxurious knitwear, silk blouses and dresses and beautiful accessories.

Owner and Founder, Fiona Sanderson, cut her teeth in the world of fashion travelling the globe as a buyer for a big high street retailer before founding Feather & Stitch in Richmond, Surrey in 2009. This was also the year Fi had her first baby - Fi has found it interesting at times juggling the two!

Feather & Stitch's mission is to help customers find their own individual style and one of the team is always on hand to offer one-on-one styling advice. We also order items in specifically for customers and pride ourselves in delivering an amazing shopping experience and personal service.

“Lovely company.......I always enjoy receiving items from Feather & Stitch, their items are always beautifully packed with a sweet note too. They seem to really care about their customers and if I have to return anything, I have received my refund within a couple of days.”

“Always a great service. Items despatched quickly and beautifully wrapped in tissue paper. Ordered a munthe belt and Sacrecour blouse. Both lovely and as described. Only thing I would mention is the sacrecour lemon blouse is a fine cotton and quite seethrough. I will wear a vest under it.”

“I have brought from the store and ordered online twice. The ladies in this shop are very friendly and helpful giving good honest advice and style ideas. I had a problem with one of my deliveries which was nothing to do with Feather and Stitch. The lady who helped me when I telephoned the shop was wonderful. Calm, friendly and polite. This is a very efficient company with staff who care about their customers. I love their products, wrappings and delightful handwritten note contained within the parcel. I enjoy going to the shop and I will buy online again when I can’t get to Richmond. Thoroughly recommend them.”

“This has been my favourite boutique for over 10 years now. I absolutely love the selection of designers and I always feel fabulous in everything I buy. The service is amazing from being in the shop, to online or over the phone. You get a genuine honest opinion on sizing and what suits. A visit to Feather & Stitch is absolute therapy.”
