I have shopped online with this fantastic boutique 8 times over the last year. Such a fantastic selection of clothes; it’s always a struggle deciding which lovely thing to buy next! The team have been very helpful answering sizing questions over the phone and via immediate email response. I’ve only returned an item once as it was too big and the return process was incredibly easy and the money was credited to my account within 72hrs. I know I will continue to shop with F&S for years to come! Such a shame I don’t live close enough to visit in person.
