My only issue is with the courier - Royal Mail.
The order had been sitting at my local office for a week and they had not sent me notification that it was there and ready to collect. The staff at the store though were super helpful and were able to investigate and give me a tracking number so I was able to collect.
In my experience Royal Mail are not fit for purpose for parcel delivery.
