I ordered a denim dea kudibal skirt online and it was one size too big so I phoned Feather & Stich and the ladies were absolutely lovely and asked I send down the skirt in exchange for the smaller size. Both times the delivery was on time and items beautifully packaged with a lovely note inside. This was my first time shopping with them online and it was a great. Thanks
