Terrible experience! I tried to get a refund on a print order and was bounced between FEDEX store and FEDEX corporate 11 times! Literally 11 times. The end result NO REFUND! Even though they destroyed the package, TWICE! They also hung up on me 4 times! I wasn’t even being a Karen. Sooooo incredibly rude! Do not use this service, use anything but FEDEX. Also when you call you can’t understand anyone, so that’s fun!
