Cheats and liars of first order - Period. Fleecing customers with excess admin changes to the tune of £60 on shipment deliveries from overseas. After having bought goods from the US, I was shocked to see that I was charged a whopping additional £60 in the garb of ‘Advancement and Admin Fee and allied charges’, all smartly sneakily worded and packaged around 'HMRC customs and charges'. When I asked for HMRC's customs receipt and supporting documents - I was shunted back and forth over emails with loads of mumbo-jumbo with not a shred of HMRC customs documentation provided. Please note that at no point in the shipment payment transaction and its subsequent delivery was any contract for a clearance of any additional administration charge made between FedEx and myself they charged me nonetheless - totally shocking to say the least. Avoid at all costs!!!
