Order a pair of lenses with estimated dispatch 2-3 days. After 3 days I contact the customer service to be told that the actual dispatch time is 5-7 days. In a second attempt to speak with them they said again 2-3 days and finally that they don't know an estimated delivery time for the product ordered.
