“I have ordered comfy colors enhance. One of the lances was faulty, uncomfortable in the eye, irritating it, potential risk for infection, anything but comfy. I have send a email to their customer service complaining about it, and they offered refund for ONE LENCE only, what a joke of a company. They wont see my money EVER AGAIN”
“I ordered some contacts to tide me over until my next box came through form specsavers. Feel good contacts confirmed it was the correct prescription. When I received them the first 2 disintegrated when I was getting them out the packet. I managed to get the third one in my eye. A few days later my eye started to swell and be irritated. I could not keep it open. I have used lots of different types of contacts and never had a reaction like this. I contacted Feel Good Contacts and they said that they could not do anything even though I have had to chuck away all the contacts apart from 1 set and be on a course of antibiotics to sort my eye! Poor service and sub standard product”

Received I box of Alcon for my left eye a box of comfort plus for the right. Thought a mistake had been made. Emailed several times.jargon about the prescription coming back all the time.Eventually got through on the phone today and nothing but lies coming out from the other end. No apology in fact asserting thT was what I ordered. THE OMBUDSMAN Needs to be contacted about this company. Never again.”

“I ordered 3 pairs of comfi colours enhance from this company. They were anything but comfy. I put them in and after an hour, they were dry and sticking to my eyes, affecting my vision. Attempted correspondence with them but all I got was that the prescription wasn't correct, even though I have the same prescription everytime I order lenses. The quality of the lens is the problem here.”
“I ordered my contact lenses on Monday 1 April and on Friday 05 April i am still awaiting delivery. i have spoken with customer service who told me my contact lenses will be delivered on 03 April (and obvious lie to get me off the phone) and had an email response from their customer service team saying they will look into my order but have heard nothing back. I have had to purchase contact lenses from another supplier at extra cost to make sure i could carry on as normal. A dreadful service and i will be definitely going elsewhere in future.”

“Do not buy anything from this business if you do not want bad luck to follow you. Bought glasses that were never thinly glazed, and as such they compounded people's thought that I cannot see. I specifically bought the glasses for prescribed reasons, months later I was assaulted in a chicken shop in Southampton, ended up in prison over false allegations, failed final year at university and have since been successfully placed with the mentally ill in a property designed for conducive living. They are some real hackers too in connection with their relatives running small businesses.”
“Been a customer for years. Complete shambles. WILL NOT USE AGAIN
1. Last month, ordered contact lenses ‘in stock’ as needed ASAP. Waited and waited but never arrived. No email. When I rang up they told me the lenses were not in stock (as stated on their site) and would be 10 days wait.
2. Three days ago I ordered lenses for my son for next day delivery as he’s off on holiday at the end of the week.
Still not got them, and we don’t know where they are... it was a £60 order and when I asked if they could kindly send me out the trial pack of 5 lenses in the meantime so as my son would have some for his holiday they said NO, it’s not their policy. No apology nothing. Also, wouldn’t let me speak to a manager as, again, ‘it’s not their policy’.

“I ordered some lenses from FeelGoodContacts' website with next day delivery attached. Royal mail claimed they had been delivered, they hadn't on the day, and still now haven't been delivered.
I asked for this to be rectified and I've been told that because the Royal Mail say its been delivered I am not entitled to a reship or a refund. This is clearly a very anti-consumer company that will look for any exit possible to fulfill their duties as a merchant. If you want good customer service I recommend you find a different seller. This time it was a cheap box of lenses'. Next time it could be a £200 pair of glasses.

“EXTORTIONIST...Bought 2 pairs (my 6 order in a few years) a few hours later I received an extortion email telling me I may wish to upgrade to thinner lenses etc etc and must reply to this email before continuing, I replied telling them I was not interested in their extortion scam and amazingly they replied with the EXACT same message, back and forward we went until 2 full days later and my initial order still not being followed/processed I requested a refund...NEVER KNOW ANYTHING LIKE THIS ATTITUDE ever.”
“Order a pair of lenses with estimated dispatch 2-3 days. After 3 days I contact the customer service to be told that the actual dispatch time is 5-7 days. In a second attempt to speak with them they said again 2-3 days and finally that they don't know an estimated delivery time for the product ordered.

I returned them, I proved my prescription was correct, I had a frustrating phone call with their manager, I argued and argued that what I wanted from their lenses is to be able to see with them in....they do not budge. “I placed an order, and it took them 2 weeks to send me an email saying they could not fulfill my order. I had been waiting for replacement contacts the entire time and the horrible turnaround time for a cancelled order is absurd. Also, as of 12/28/2022, they no longer ship to the US.”
“Fast delivery genuine product but that's where it ends, glasses case crushed on receipt, glasses fine, frames lovely but lenses were terrible blurry, no anti glare coating which should have been in them, poor quality lenses. Love the frame so going to keep them see if I can get new lenses but would not use this company again.”
