Purchased frames and glasses. The frame was incorrectly shown as a light green colour on the website. Upon arrival, it turned out to be a grey colour.
They acknowledged that the picture on the website was incorrect - then offered no useful resolution:
- they couldn't procure the right colour.
- they refused to send the lenses only (as I managed to procure the right colour elsewhere).
Instead I have had to receive the full order (no partial refund for the mistakes or good will gesture) and now I'm out of pocket for having to buy a second frame.
