“I couldn't see through the lenses I ordered. I returned them, I proved my prescription was correct, I had a frustrating phone call with their manager, I argued and argued that what I wanted from their lenses is to be able to see with them in....they do not budge. DO NOT buy from this company, they are scammers.”

“I would not recommend using this company to anyone. I ordered my contacts on May 3, 2022 by the 26th I still haven't received them so I contacted the company and they told me they sent my order elsewhere and when I asked why and if I could get an refund they sent me an email with my address and stated that couldn't get a refund. So not only was there no reason for my package to be sent else where but they also robbed me. They are terrible and unprofessional. It is now June 6th and of course there has been no correction of my order in any kind of way, like no refund nor contacts.”
“PLEASE PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY…NO REFUNDS EVEN THOUGH THE ERROR WAS ENTIRELY THIS COMPANY!!!! I have been placing my order with this company for a couple of months now. I placed my order for my contact lenses and soon realised I had put on the wrong prescription. I admitted my mistake and choose to take the wrong prescription and ordered the right one. I then received the wrong prescription and it was at this time I called and the guy over the phone apologised and chose to refund me. He then told me to call back as soon as I am ready to place my order and he will send my contacts. I did this a couple of weeks later, and another advisor refused to send me my contacts unless I paid more money for shipping!! I explained the situation for over an hour and he refused and did not want to give me back my money. I now have no contacts or money and every time I call they say that they’ll investigate but no thing is being done.”
“If i could give a minus i would. I am just getting over covid and so is my son, i am also disabled. I ordered contact lenses that i use all the time. I received them but did not open them but recieved on the 20th august. When i opened them the box was open and 2 contacts missing. I got in contact to be told they could do nothing about it and they was abrupt, on online chat that phoned me been abrupt and would not listen to what i had to say. They ket saying you order incorrect ones we can not refund. I said no I have not i even sent you my perscription these are what i order and use. They gotausive and shouting, i asked him to let me speak and explain, i cant get to a post office as covid. My son also as a chronic illness, we have no one. He was shouting so i told him to refund me. He was horrible and i got so upset. Its not a good time for us and i just didn’t need this. He then said return immediately and you will get a store credit. I said I don’t want to deal with this company anymore if that is how i am spoken to. I am still very upset at the way he was hosting at me.”
