“If i could give a minus i would. I am just getting over covid and so is my son, i am also disabled. I ordered contact lenses that i use all the time. I received them but did not open them but recieved on the 20th august. When i opened them the box was open and 2 contacts missing. I got in contact to be told they could do nothing about it and they was abrupt, on online chat that phoned me been abrupt and would not listen to what i had to say. They ket saying you order incorrect ones we can not refund. I said no I have not i even sent you my perscription these are what i order and use. They gotausive and shouting, i asked him to let me speak and explain, i cant get to a post office as covid. My son also as a chronic illness, we have no one. He was shouting so i told him to refund me. He was horrible and i got so upset. Its not a good time for us and i just didn’t need this. He then said return immediately and you will get a store credit. I said I don’t want to deal with this company anymore if that is how i am spoken to. I am still very upset at the way he was hosting at me.”

“Avoid. Bought a different lens solution after using Bausch & Lomb for 8 years as it was on offer. Turned out to be a knock off inferior product which is not fit for purpose. I made a complaint about the product after spending £50 with them and one week later have been ignored.”

Received no solution when i informed them, i requested to speak to customer care management, i received an email confirming an arranged time they would contact me, but this also failed to materialize, so i can only advise to AVOID THIS SELLER”
“I ordered contact lenses for daily wear from Feel Good Contacts which were supposed to be suitable for use up to 30 days (monthly lenses). Unfortunately, the product received were suitable for single use, and therefore I received a supply for one day as the lenses seemed to be intended for occasional or irregular wear.
I would not recommend this company, especially as wearing expired lenses could cause infections in the eyes.”
“I placed an order to this company on the 03.06 with delivery in 48 hours. Never received any tracking information for my purchase by them, or ordering number. The only proof I had from my order was my bank statement. Today, the 17.06 I contacted them to know what was the issue and why I was waiting so long for an essential product. They first told me they had no order processed by me, after emailing them my bank statement they finally confirmed my order by saying the delivery had incomplete information. As when I purchase any deliver, I filled out all my information, that now when I checked today was completely blanked for my admiration! They after sent me some tracking records that since the 10.06 the company was trying to delivery, but I was never once informed or contacted by this company. I'm trying to get a refund now, since I've being mistreated by their customer service, and they are making this process really hard as well. DON'T RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!”

Ordered three month (monthly) lenses, first pair ripped, second pair had cloudy substance in them and when explained they started to avoid in beating around the bush.
