My original order got messed up. Some discrepancy of what I ordered verses the way things are packaged and then fulfilled at your distribution center. Eventually you got it correct and I received my items. The customer service person that handled things was polite and patient enough to listen to me so that things could be properly worked out. I didn’t mind waiting on my end, because I know you have a great product. I was glad you were able to figure things out on your end to prevent the same thing from happening in the future.
