Let me tell you something. I have been dying to try these dogs. It was well worth the wait. They are juicy and Dee-licious . The taste took me back to when I was a kid going to ball games or going to Coney Island. They are tasty but not too salty. If you go to Nathans today you are getting a mouth full of meat-salt. Feltman's hot dogs don't give you meat sweats either. I would imagine because they have no nitrates. I recommend the long dogs with the skin. It gives it a nice crunch.
