In the hot dog desert of the west coast, Feltman's has become my ongoing guilty pleasure. Their dogs are fantastic, with a depth of flavor that never ceases to delight. And don't overlook Feltman's mustard which is now my go-to mustard for every imaginable use. A Feltman's dog (with casing), quality kraut (Olympia Provisions is a good choice), and Feltman's mustard. As close to perfection as one could want.
