I discovered this company through a military affiliated magazine which ran a story about Mike, a former Army officer, I am a vet and a USAF officer) and how he and his brothers wanted to start a small owned business, with the background story of the Feltmans' Hot dog story. It made me check out their site. I loved over the menu selection and remembered how I used eat hot dogs like these while visiting Coney Island. I bought some and these are just great. I like especially the casing hot dogs for "snap" and sealed flavor. The seasoning in the dog are great, and when you eat them cold (after heating them up/grilling them) the flavor reminded me of a summer sausage taste. I We bought their mustard too. It add a subtle brown deli style taste to the hot dogs and does not over pier the the meat or condiments like sauerkraut. That is my preferred way of eating them. After buying the Beefed up bundle, with the hamburger patties, I decided to buy the bigger bun sized hot dogs (both cased and skinless). The shipment for both purchases came well packed and almost perfectly frozen in this summer heat wave we have right now. I love their packaging! I recommend these products for great taste, and my large extended family went and bought these too upon my recommendation. They like them.
