Simply the best hot dogs I've found. Period. The Pacific Northwest is a bit of a specialty food desert. For hot dogs, we have big national brands or a handful of extreme niche products. Feltman's felt like discovering a gift hidden in the attic. In addition to eating them as, you know, hot dogs (mustard, onions, and kraut, please) we use the uncased hotdogs in other dishes to boost flavor and add a curious extra dimension. Oh, and do not overlook Feltman's mustard. Not only is it the perfect accompaniment to their hotdogs it is outstanding in any recipes calling for mustard. Start by trying it in honey mustard dressing, you will be pleasantly surprised.
