I was introduced to these amazing hot dogs a few years ago at a Fourth of July party. This year the natural-casing uncured all-beef hotdogs have become a regular staple at our Army football tailgates. I cook them on a Blackstone griddle and they are available for everyone to enjoy within minutes. Pair these dogs with some sauerkraut and Feltman's mustard and you have a winner.
