The best hot dogs! Natural casings mean a nice snap when bitten into and the flavor, wow, like no commercial "frank" in the grocery store. Also they are what we used to call "foot longs". As I make my own rolls they fit perfectly. I really like the mustard that comes with them also. It is slightly grainy (you can tell it was made from mustard seeds) with a great balance of vinegar and sweetness. As I live on the left coast we don't have access to all the great charcuterie on the other coast so I have Feltman's dogs and mustard sent to me and the package is always hard frozen and in great shape. If I could I would eat your dogs every other day but, sadly, there must be vegetables on some days if you don't count the wonderful sauerkraut I pile on!
