This was my second order of the 6/1 natural casing dogs. The first batch was great, raved to everyone. This batch seems way oversmoked, more like smoked sausage, with deep orange juices instead of the usual light pink. The texture is also different, almost a heavier grind. Taste is ok, but not what I was expecting. Did you guys change sources or something?
