Hello, I went to the Bracknell store today, I wanted to go to the Jo Malone store as they have new summer Fragrance out ( Raspberry Ripple). It is amazing and the staff are always so friendly and helpful there. Today I had the pleasure of LOUIS serving me, what an asset to the store. So polite and chatty and very knowledgeable od the products.
