Terrible customer service and unreliable delivery of online purchases - items never arrived and Fenwick refused to refund.
I tried this company for the first time and regret buying from them. My products were not delivered. I contacted the company several times and was told each time that they would look into the issue. I never heard back and after contacting them for the 4th time, I have been told that the items were delivered to a different address and they are refusing to look into it any further.
