Three of us went to Fenwicks in Bond Street to buy wedding hats, and Mr Tony who served us was absolutely amazing. He was so patient with us all in deciding which ones to choose, and we ended up being there for nearly 2 hours! we all bought hats but without him and his experience we wouldn't have enjoyed it so much.
