I ordered directly off the site, shipping was super quick. I ordered the cheese making kit and had a great time making cheese. The kit makes it so easy, i was able to make the mozzarella in a little over 30 minutes. Instructions were easy to follow and i'll definitely try the paneer and goat cheese next. Great gift for a beginner! I also picked up the skimmer spoon. Really large size that makes it easy to scoop out impurities while cooking. I've had other skimmer spoons in the past which were shorter in length and this spoon made it easy to not burn myself.
