I ordered their Big Momma SCOBY through Amazon. just as it was described, beautifully packaged and it's currently working its wonder in my fermentation jar as you read this. Since it's getting a little chilly at night, I ordered a fermentation mat directly from Fermentaholics.com. It rocks. I had a small customer service issue, so I called, got someone on the phone immediately who quickly went out of his way to solve it. I give them two thumbs up and would give more, but I am fresh out of thumbs. Great company, great products.
