I would highly recommend Fermentaholics because they totally have your back! I was thrilled have a live person answer all my silly questions and concerns. Emails returned promptly too. A little nervous with my first batch but now on my 3rd. Turned out great! SO enjoying my homemade Kombucha and saving a ton of money. Thank you Fermentaholics team! YOU ROCK!
