I bought a gallon jar for brewing kombucha from Fermentaholics and was very pleased with how fast the company shipped the order and it got to me. I was very pleased to find that the jar had information printed on the sides about the brewing process. I recently purchased another starter set and scoby. Again, the products arrived quickly and were packed nicely to avoid damage. I have not had to reach out to the company personally to address any concerns but feel they would act quickly and responsibly.
