I LOVE Fermentoholics! After trying over a dozen different kombucha kits and being unsuccessful in brewing anything I'd want to drink I decided to give it one last try and purchased a Fermentaholics kit. I'm so glad I did- am now making wonderful kombucha! They actually had instructions you could understand that were concise and made sense whereas the other companies left me with so many questions. I did have a couple of questions and called them- their customer service was phenomenal. I've already placed another order with them and consider myself a loyal customer.
