I have been making my own sauerkraut for a few years now but without any tools. I am SO excited for my fermentation kit and so far it has been incredibly easy to use. Started a new batch last night so we'll see how this one turns out. Fermentaholics was quick with the shipping, very communicative and their products seem high quality. Would order again, would recommend to a friend.
