The SCOBY I received worked well to make my first-ever batch of kombucha. The directions were helpful and customer service was great (a part of my order was missing but they quickly shipped it out for me). It would be helpful to have a second set of directions for making your next batch, for example including the amount of starter/raw kombucha that should be added.
