Due to a computer glitch, my order was processed twice. It was late in the evening and I was a bit annoyed that I was going to have to call the next morning to get it straightened out, but before I could make the call Fermentaholics customer service called me to get the issue fixed! The young woman was very kind and polite. She quickly confirmed that the double order was a mistake and corrected the issue. It was the best online customer service I have ever received. In addition to the great customer service, my product arrived very quickly and was well packaged. I will definitely order from Fermentaholics in the future!
