I have been pleased so far with the company. I gave it 4 stars because I can't give a review about defects & returns since I just received my first order & waiting on my second. So far everything looks good from my first shipment, I was mostly looking for damage from the shipping so I haven't gone into detail yet on air bubbles in the glass & such. I can give a product review after I use the items in about a week or 2 since I'm fermenting with some.
