I had to discontinue my Jun tea (cousin of kombucha) when I moved. I needed a new starter and found your company. Excellent shipping, vacuum sealed, and most importantly, fantastic customer service. I have called several times due to issues with me moving (like not being able to brew as fast as I initially thought). A live, intelligent person answers the phone and answers my questions. A real old fashioned good product, good service company!
