I have been brewing kombucha for a couple years now. I have been thoroughly enjoying the consumption of this wonderful elixir for even longer. I had never dared getting into brewing as I didn’t have the knowledge, equipment, confidence or the time. Fortunately the wealth of knowledge and equipment, for not just kombucha, is available from Fermentaholics. Ruthie is super friendly and helpful.
