Wanted to “start over” with a fresh batch of Kombucha, soooo I am so glad that I did! Straight forward directions on the back of the pouch(so much so I saved it for later reference) I ordered the cloth tea bag that seemed to hold the perfect amount of loose tea and is reusable! ALSO delivered quickly. This is my “go to” company for all things fermented. Thank-you very much!
