I am new to making Kombucha, but not to fermenting food. But still, I have questions. Everyone that I have spoken with at Fermentaholics has been SO helpful and friendly! I recommend them highly! And its nice to know that my lava lamp kombucha is doing exactly what its supossed to! Thanks for all the help!!!!
