Fermentaholics is a lovely company to order from! They were out of stock on an item I wanted, quickly contacted me via email with an alternate, comparable product and still got my order out on a timely manner. Their cheesecloth is also amazing quality. I placed a second order for a food enthusiast friend of mine. I like to send her a birthday package of “new things I’ve tried this year that I love that I think you’ll love” and Fermentaholics cheesecloth and a package of gochugaru is included in this years box.
