I wanted to wait till our kombucha had a chance to ferment and we're on our 4th batch of 2F now with a healthy mother that I'm confident will keep our continuous brew going for many months to come! We got the whole brewing / bottling kit and have been very pleased with everything we received. The instructions are great, the products are quality, everything from the pH strips to the bottles. The accessories that come like the funnel and the bottle brush are thoughtfully designed. We're very pleased with our purchase and have already ordered more tea and sugar from Fermentaholics. There are a lot of options out there when you look into making your own kombucha and I'm really glad we chose this one.
