I paid for landlord gas safety certificates on two properties for a few years and the recent years the jobs were delayed, rescheduled and cancelled with no refund being provided and Jim or James has not responded to the refund request for the work already paid for and it appears the business has closed down as I received an email on 16th March 2021 stating :
"Ferox Heating will cease trading with immediate effect.
All previous means of communication (telephone numbers, email, social media etc.) are now all non-operational
