Purchased tickets to Rebel Rock 2021, with purchase protection. Event was cancelled 9/24/2021. Still have not received refund. Received email response 1/22/2022 from Paul at Support assuring me refund would be issued within 5-7 business days. Still no refund and no response to multiple follow up requests. Website purposefully supplies no phone number for assistance and intentionally makes it difficult to reach support. Does everything possible to ensure you do not receive refunds even if you purchase protection. 100% scam.
