Event has been cancelled. On July 22 I have received email:
Due to unforeseen circumstances, HARD Summer Croatia on 6 August 2022 will no longer be happening as scheduled.
Automatic refunds are being processed for all ticket holders.
Please note that the refund process can take up to three weeks and no further action is required. The funds will be sent to the payment method used at the time of purchase and you will receive an automated email from us when your refund has been processed.
3 months passed and I still have not received any automated email from them neither refund on my bank account even though I have send them several reminders to do so.”

Company has gone into Administration!!
If you brought your tickets using either a VISA or MASTERCARD speak to your bank and raise a dispute.
State that Festicket has gone into Administration.
Ive had a similar experience to everyone else with Festicket, purchased 8 VIP tickets to Hospitality in the Woods, London. Which was cancelled, got the automated email saying a refund would happen, but nothing, raised several support tickets (one has been open for 2 weeks with no response!)
I spoke to my bank who raised a dispute with the card issuer and I was able to get back my money that way.
I had to send some screen shots of email etc. but at least got the money back finally after several weeks.
Hope Hospitality use better ticket sales companies next year!”
“Did not receive my money back
Did not receive my cashless refund a month and a half after.
Got a response from their customer service that the money will be in my bank account in 5-10 business days. 15 days past I contacted them 2nd time and got exact same response. Now from time to time getting emails- that my refund is in process that they assure it will be processed soon. However still did not receive anything - month and a half after.”
“Purchased tickets to Rebel Rock 2021, with purchase protection. Event was cancelled 9/24/2021. Still have not received refund. Received email response 1/22/2022 from Paul at Support assuring me refund would be issued within 5-7 business days. Still no refund and no response to multiple follow up requests. Website purposefully supplies no phone number for assistance and intentionally makes it difficult to reach support. Does everything possible to ensure you do not receive refunds even if you purchase protection. 100% scam.”
“I was able to buy tickets to an event in Barcelona. I was able to use my phone as the tickets which was great as I don't own a printer. The website was easy and quick to use.”
