DONT USE!! Company has gone into Administration!! If you brought your tickets using either a VISA or MASTERCARD speak to your bank and raise a dispute. State that Festicket has gone into Administration. Ive had a similar experience to everyone else with Festicket, purchased 8 VIP tickets to Hospitality in the Woods, London. Which was cancelled, got the automated email saying a refund would happen, but nothing, raised several support tickets (one has been open for 2 weeks with no response!) I spoke to my bank who raised a dispute with the card issuer and I was able to get back my money that way. I had to send some screen shots of email etc. but at least got the money back finally after several weeks. Hope Hospitality use better ticket sales companies next year!
