Awful company! Strongly not recommended! Event has been cancelled. On July 22 I have received email: Due to unforeseen circumstances, HARD Summer Croatia on 6 August 2022 will no longer be happening as scheduled. Automatic refunds are being processed for all ticket holders. Please note that the refund process can take up to three weeks and no further action is required. The funds will be sent to the payment method used at the time of purchase and you will receive an automated email from us when your refund has been processed. 3 months passed and I still have not received any automated email from them neither refund on my bank account even though I have send them several reminders to do so.
