We ordered tissue paper and frosted plastic shopping bags. Both products arrived 4 days from the day I ordered them, which was very fast. Both products were just as I expected. My only complaint is that the bags were not carefully packaged and are rumpled within the box. They will straighten out a little bit after hanging, but they won't look as nice as they would have if care had been taken to make sure they laid flat in the box. The free shipping was our main reason for switching to Fetpak over the previous company we used. The savings was considerable.
