I had been looking at many sites for a #5 merchandise tag with a shorter string than the 4 1/4-1/2" string. I found this site and contacted customer service since the string length is not mentioned in the description. The warehouse measured one of the tags and found the string was just what I needed about 3 1/4-1/2" tied. Perfect. So thank you for your assistance in my inquirty; fast and efficient.
