This is my first time using Fetpak. And as a new customer, I must say I am well pleased with their service. My order for plastice merchandise bags for our church ministry aare more than I expected. Their arrival date was on time with UPS and I have no complaints. I first communicated with Fetpak by phone and the young man, I think he stated that his name was Anthony (sorry if that's not correct) but I think that's what he said, his name was. Nevetheless, he was so helpful and nice, I requested using their website to use PayPal, and he answered all my question regarding the plastic bags, then directed me how to order online ... I will be using Fetpak again when the need arises and tell others. Thank you Fetpak for a quality product and service!!!
