Very informatiive except when the package arrived there were no instructions to operate the tag gun, had to email a request. But the instructions arrived by email very quickly.
Oh, and one thing more, I believe we should have received a second needle with the order but did not. Will you be able to send one? A small package but we may need one and wouldn't want to be without a backup. Thanks.
Otherwise, the website was very thorough. Lots of good product available at reasonable prices.
