I placed an order #58919 on 9/13. It was supposedly shipped on 9/15. Transit time according to your map; I have no other way of tracking my package because the invoice # is useless, should be 4-5 days. This is 10/21 and still no package.
I am very dissatisfied with this! Please track my package and let me know the status.
