I ordered boxes online and wonder if the website needs to be tweaked to avoid the mistake I am told was mine - that on one of the boxes I ended up with the wrong color. I wanted purple but got black pinstripe. I was surprised when I opened the order to find those and wanted to exchange them. I was told that not only would I have to pay for the return myself, I would also be charged for the postage to send the correct ones back to me unless the order was more than $75! That is pretty poor customer service! The woman I spoke with said that an email was sent to me at the time of my order and if I had checked it, I would have seen that I had ordered Black pin stripe - ( which I still don't think I did). But even if I had clicked the wrong thing, how could I have seen the email until after I'd completed the order? I will not buy anything from Fetpak again.
