The black "velvet like" covering of the 12 inch Jewelry T-Bar is elegant in its presentation. This is the second one I purchased & this one was for a church display of religious items available for our parishioners. The shipping of this item is to be commended as it was wrapped very well so as to lessen damage from any rough handling of the package. Delivery time (from initial order) was in a timely manner.
