This small order was shipped in a USPS envelope. It arrived torn and re-taped by the post office. All the packs of bags were crushed and wrinkled. We returned what we received but were given a refund minus one pack of bags because they were not returned. They were not returned because we did not receive them. As I said, the USPS envelope was torn open and one pack obviously fell out.
